Good location and great stay.
Good quality accommodation with great rooms, layout and self service facilities. No waiting staff at breakfast - but everything is available for you to serve yourself (and keep the area tidy).

Enjoyable stay
Had a good stay. At times the breakfast bar was not well replenished as appeared to be very short staffed. Room was not always serviced daily. Parking was not a problem although did fill up. Enjoyed the city of Cardiff.

Stayed overnight with 2 grandchildren and the sofa bed in the room was very uncomfortable and not really suitable for a 11 and 12 year old

Friendly staff and they have a pancake machine
overall we had a brilliant stay, the room was very spacious with two balconies and a great view. staff were super friendly and helpful; i had accidently left my wallet when i left and the staff kindly rang back and notified me as soon . I would like to say thank you to the cleaner who found it. Thank you so much and will definitely stay again.👍

Amazing staff, super clean and well furnished. Felt very safe. Bathroom was extremely clean which is something I always look for. Love the kitchen feature. Bed was very comfortable, only thing I’d say is that possibly be better with firmer pillows.

Dog friendly hotel
Lovely newish IHG Staybridge Suite hotel, walkable to the city. Excellent service from the lady on the front desk - allowed us to check in early and was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great and we’d definitely stay again. Dog friendly a big bonus.

Having stayed at Staybridge Suites in Liverpool, and having a fantastic experience there, we were happy to book here for our visit to Cardiff. Sadly the two hotels are like chalk and cheese and this hotel is far from the £168 plus per night that I paid on this visit. We had stayed at a Premier Inn on our way to Cardiff and it's sad but true thing to say that a Premier Inn breakfast was better then anything I ate here in the three mornings of our stay. On top of the £168 per night for this very average hotel offering to then charge £10 per night for car parking is nothing short of outrageous. We were so very disappointed!
