The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions. "We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake. We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep. The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic. "If I could give this hotel 10 stars instead of 5 for excellency I would. I have never been so overwhelmed by seeing such a beautiful imposing building right overlooking the stunning lake. We were blown away by absolutely everything it offers - location, views, room and breakfast. Very sad to have to leave here and will be back one day. "

"This hotel was beautiful! It was in a great location and had an incredible view. Our original room was in a bit of a noisy location and we were happy with it - the hotel staff quickly assigned us a new room! They were SO quick about it. The hotel breakfast was amazing as well, a large selection of delicious food everyday! We will stay here again when we return to Lake Como."

"This hotel is beautiful in many ways! The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."
