"Great resort. Nice pools for family and everyone. Two good sized hot tubs. I didn’t golf. Nice looking casino. Small but ample weight room with tvs and water. Five star hotel for sure! Nice bar near pool with amazing food. Frozen drinks and buckets of beer. The staff was amazing and maintenance was quick to address a small problem with the door sensor. The beach closed at dark and the whole hotel felt safe. The parking was close , the ticket system was confusing. Room was amazing! Nice view of the ocean and table & 2 chairs outside. Would recommend!"

"The room was spacious and clean. The 2 pools were nice. The main restaurant was nice. The hot water was not really warm in our room, even after maintenance came out to look at it in our room specifically. Our son had a room a few doors down and his hot water worked well. The resort was quiet, and beautiful. The bar's drinks were strong. Our biggest complaint is that we tried to book the all-inclusive when we arrived at the resort and we were told we had to pre-book that. We booked within 24 hours of arriving so that wasn't possible. The more "reasonably priced" restaurant onsite was not open every night, and the burger/bbq restaurant was not open when listed Thursday or Friday. We stayed Monday night to Saturday morning. Dinner option was limited on 2 different nights to the fancy Restaurante Alexandra only, which we did not find worth the cost for the service and food. This resort was pretty far from other restaurant options even with a rental car. The nearest thing we saw was a Burger King and it was about 10 to 15 minutes away because the seaside resort is on a very curvy mountainous road, beautiful views but slow going drive. Also the ocean next to the resort has jellyfish. There is a warning sign on the dock and I got stung walking to the swim platform and a little kid got stung several times. The resort cannot control wildlife, but a few more warning signs would have been nice. We definitely would stay again but only with the All-Inclusive package."
