Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, property and staff were excellent, customer service was top notch. The booking site was disappointing though, as they didn’t send the pin to the lock box for the key ahead of arrival - if you book via this platform, please ensure they send you the virtual check in at least the day before your arrival, else book direct. We had to dial the emergency number and fortunately the staff came to our rescue very quickly. Kudos and thank you to the vicarage team!

Chose this motel as a stop over from Catlins to Christchurch. Richard was so kind .. we rang to say we would be late checking in and he reassured he will be around to wait for us and personally showed us to our room when we arrive. The room is so spacious with a little kitchenette and a round dining table that could sit 4 comfortably. Plenty of TV channels to keep you occupied. Great little stopover and I would highly recommend this spot for those who want to rest after a long drive. We slept...
