"Excellent room with one exception being the temperature which was way way to warm resulting in two pretty poor nights sleep. Opening the windows helped but meant too much street noise got in. They had a large event on so major part of car park was closed and parking was a challenge. Have stayed before and will stay again as its a great location and quality of facilities are good."

"The hotel was in a very convenient location, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. After a day of bad weather, I was completely exhausted, so I ordered takeout from the Indian restaurant on the ground floor—it was absolutely delicious. The staff were wonderful, and their kindness was truly comforting. Thank you! I can confidently recommend this hotel."

"Staff on arrival and check out were very pleasant and friendly. Our room was very nice. Shower excellent and great to have toiletries too. We had drinks in the bar and food in the restaurant which were great. Hotel very handy for the shops. We parked in the Olympian car park ( as we knew the hotel had limited parking) which was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and only cost £8 from 5pm until 12 midday the next day. We would recommend and stay at the hotel again."
