"This is a beautiful hotel tucked away in a little river. We loved Liesel, the hostess. She helped us with check-in because you do need to park at Ram Marina and get a boat ride to arrive at the hotel. The restaurant was delicious and we loved our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay . The restaurant has a huge delay on getting food ready but it’s due to only having one restaurant open as supposed to both. All their staff actually expects the tip which is rare since everywhere else in Guatemala they aren’t. I love their flexibility on checking in & out. We will definitely come back."

"Wonderful staff. Beyond helpful!! Good location. Pool was so nice at the end of the day. Tienda across the road for cold drinks. We really enjoyed our stay in the family room and would book again!! Beautiful artwork throughout the hotel also. Lovely touch. Did not do included breakfast or eat at restaurant so cannot comment on that but it looked nice and has great view."
