"We stayed here for the second arm of our vacation. The pool areas were well-maintained. The landscape of biodiversity created a rainforest vibe. The lobby was open and furniture was well situated for lounging around. Clean rooms but outdated with a hint of opulence- so I was not too bothered by the old fashioned decor. The breakfast was average, and lean towards meat lovers and limited vegetarian options. There were no eggs on the buffet, so if you wanted eggs, you have to wait in line to order it. One night, we decided to dine at the buffet, but a 1 minute look at the food items, we decided to eat elsewhere. Another night we decided to get room service, but the hotel phone were inoperable so I had to walk to the lobby area to order. I order seafood rice and it was awful. Big chunks of crab shells (almost chipped a few teeth). The staff was friendly. The shuttle ride to the airport was efficient. The hotel was a bit further from the city center and not many restaurants that you can walk too."

"Ramiro was amazing and all the other staff members were so helpful and attentive! My husband and I stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon and it was very romantic. The staff know you by name and when we arrived immediately came up to our vehicle to greet us with umbrellas and escorted us to dinner. Our travels were delayed getting there, so Ramiro sent us the dinner menu and had our food being prepared as we arrived. It was truly magical! The natural pool, sauna, and walking trails felt like you were alone in the jungle. The room was gorgeous as well. Such an incredible stay!"

"I really loved this hotel! It was beautiful and unique. It was the first place we stayed after landing in Costa Rica, and it was such a wonderful welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would 100% stay here again!"
