"I went to El yunque... my shoes were soaked. I left them to dry and when i woke up the evening, the shoes were missing. They did not help to check for them. they said the back has a space for smoking.. even a bench and a black trash only for smoking butts ... yet she still charged me 100.00 for incidentals claiming i smoked in the room. i never did, i met a guest in the breakfast area smoking and thats why i tagged along and followed suit. besides that the breakfast was good.. the same thing but u cud switch it up..."

"Very beautiful hotel with great view, room upkeep and awesome amenities. My flight was canceled twice but the hotel has helped me extend and accommodate as best as possible with late checkouts. Great experience at this resort. Pools are great, food is good, drinks are great at the bar. Trying out a massage today before I leave."

"The staff was very attentive and friendly. They answered all our questions accordingly and were very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was great every morning we were there. Per personal preference, we did not have housekeeping come to our room every day of the three days that they were due to come in. Despite this, the front desk staff were very accommodating to giving us towels daily when we asked for them. Due to the pile of towels that housekeeping would have on their hands at the end of our stay, we made sure to leave a nice tip for them. 🙂 This was our first time in Puerto Rico and that staff of the Hyatt Place and the lovely atmosphere made it a very pleasant vacation."

"Our stay at the Condado Vanderbilt was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, the amenities and restaurants were fabulous. The location was really nice as well. Lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance. One downside was waiting for ice to be brought to the room, as they do not have an ice machine for guests."
