"The property is extremely dated and in need of renovations and some much needed TLC. Basic renovations are required like painting, walls patched and a new make over.

Rooms are probably 70 years old and not renovated in this time. Curtains old, dirty, and tired. Room not welcoming. I guess it would be perfect for people going to snow fields during the day and coming back late at night.
