"The room was clean but the carpets was severely worn. Had all the amenities, TV, iron + board, kettle and coffee. Parking at the Leisure centre and walk across an arcade- not ideal on a cold day but the multi-storey parking place was well lit, safe and well maintained and very cheap for 24hrs. Not an expensive place (price) but the one thing I couldnt palate was the breakfast (I simply walked away after tasting-absolutely unable even if you try and assumed that breakfast was 'not included')."

"We are a family of 5 so stayed in the party suite as would otherwise need 2 rooms. It was absolutely superb. So spacious with loads of amenities. Best hotel room we’ve ever had. Staff lovely and location perfect. Fabulous stay"

"We stayed in the hotel for a long bank holiday weekend. I thought the price was excellent for the level of comfort and luxury that you receive. I booked a room with two double beds for myself and my parents. The room was spacious and generally clean, but could do with more frequent room servicing. The rooms are serviced every three days which was the entire duration of my stay. Perhaps every second day might be better just to get some fresh towels, cups and a little bit of a clean. But otherwise the property is in good condition. You pay about £12 per person per day for breakfast which is fair, the breakfast buffet is decent. For vegetarians, vegetarian sausages are available but this is not mentioned, we only knew because we asked. It might be worth mentioning somewhere in the restaurant so that vegetarians are aware. Porridge is also available but must be ordered separately, it is not in the buffet. The leisure and gym facilities are excellent and are included in your price. There is plenty of parking. But an EV charger would be a bonus for those travelling from afar. The area is quiet and green. There is a golf course, which we didn’t use, but offers nice walks as well for those who don’t golf. Finally, the spa treatments are offered separately but are extremely fairly priced, and the stuff they are super friendly and nice. The quality of the treatments are excellent and I would recommend anyone staying in the hotel to get at least one. Overall would recommend. "

"Have stayed here a few times but would maybe try somewhere else next time. It’s a shame but basic things let it down. No sugar in the room. Very poor tv signal which was so bad we could not watch the tv. When we mentioned it at reception we got told the signal was not good in that room. So why not sort it !! Dinner was excellent however the service was dismal. Waited 25 mins for our plates to be cleared and then another 25 minute wait for dessert. All in all very disappointing for the price. "
