The location was great, room was clean. It was a little noisy, as they put us beside the staff cleaning room and then a staff person opened our door to come in our room while we were inside, without knocking first. The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful when we checked in.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was right on the beach and beside the outdoor pool. Was a great location. Restaurant was really nice. Had great food and bar and a creamery. Walked down to the pier there was fun stuff going on there. Sunset was beautiful. Great stay. Kayaks beside the hotel and boat rides I think were available too. Definitely will stay here again. Our room was perfect for the two of us.

Staff were great and helpful/friendly. Unfortunately we were given a room on the second floor which was difficult for two travellers who had mobility issues. However, the room was comfortable and view was lovely. Would recommend.

Hotel was awesome, the check in time was very late , and the front desk person won’t allow us to check in earlier. Understandable, but a little annoying. Overall a great clean hotel. Pool was great. Would rate it 5 stars had the front desk clerk be a little more polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel in downtown Carleton sur Mer. We had a room in pavilion Carleton ( close to the lobby building). Room a bit small for three people but it was okay for two nights . View of the road and the sea. Nice restaurant at the hotel: great food, nice staff, decent pricing. Great vegan place just across the street. We loved it there , we’ll come back.

Overall, clean but building seems to be being renovated in stages. The bathroom and room were very nice/clean and new. The doors, both the one to the hall and the sliding doors and screen to the balcony are in need of repair/replacement. The common areas smelled but that’s probably because of the restaurant. We did not dine at the restaurant but it did look inviting, especially the outdoor space.
