"We absolutely loved our stay and felt so welcome. The location was amazing as so close to the station and shops as well as the lovely canal. The walk to the Medieval City was only 25mins and the hotel was on a quiet street. We were made to feel so at home, with cold water and drinks available at all times. We were very well looked after and breakfast was amazing. We will be back and will be recommending to anyone heading to Carcassonne."

"My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel and pool were a great place to return to after a day of sight-seeing and I must make a special mention for the staff as everyone we met was exceptionally helpful."

"Hôtel très bien situé et agréable. Le personnel est aimable et le service parking/bagages est très appréciable. Notre chambre était spacieuse mais la literie et les oreillers peu confortables à notre goût. Ils mériteraient d'être changés ! Nous avons également constaté que les apéritifs proposés au bar étaient pour certains "vieux" et avaient stagnés dans leurs bouteilles depuis bien longtemps. Un petit goût de vieux notamment pour le Byhrr que j'ai commandé. Mon mari n'a quant à lui pas opté pour le spritz "Rigolo" proposé à la carte car à la vue de la bouteille de "vermouth", il a préféré s'abstenir (ici aussi probablement ouverte depuis un certain temps). C'est dommage car le cadre est sympathique mais manque certainement de débit ... Ceci expliquant cela. Mais l'hôtel reste globalement chouette."

"The room we stayed in was well appointed with a comfortable bed and a powerful air conditioning unit. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in helping us navigate around. The hotel is in a great spot very close to the citadel, there is also a new laundromat on the same block. We only wish we had allowed ourselves more time here."

"Hotel needs a facelift, room was nice but over dated, breakfast was nothing special, booked hotel with a view but didn’t really enjoyed it , restaurant is mediocre and overpriced , if you’re going to spend time outside make sure you have a bug spray as there are millions of mosquitoes. Overall I would never rated this hotel as a luxury 5 stars"

"Room was satisfactory, parking was good. Shower was not powerful but did leak onto the bathroom floor easily meaning it was very wet. Smart TV in the room but I was told by a member of staff these were unable to be connected to the internet so I was unable to use any of the smart features which was disappointing."
