Good one night stay. Property was clean. Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffle maker. Only negative was location. Our room backed right up to the interstate, so there was loud road noise all night.

I was skeptical based on other reviews I read online. I was very pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bed linens were so soft. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast was good with plenty of options. The blackout blinds were amazing. The only two things I would change if I could was the size of the TV. It was a little small. the other thing I would change is I would install shower heads with changeable spray patterns. Other than that our stay was perfect and we will definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay and we once again, had a lovely time. Friendly, welcoming staff, the room was great for our family including the dog! Large, had a space for the dog dishes in the bathroom, well lit. The bed was comfy and the pillows were perfect! And the breakfast was fantastic. They also had 3 chargers on the property, so all together it saved us money while traveling, and made it a much more comfortable stay. This is now our go-to place in Carlisle!

I didn't like the polyester sheets.....does anyone truly prefer polyester to cotton???? Also, the bathroom floor had a dirty mark on it. No hooks or towel bars.....that's the norm now, but it's stupid. That's all the negatives. The positives were plentiful: LOVED the breakfast. LOVED having a microwave and a fridge in which the freezer compartment actually worked! LOVED the check-in/check-out times (3 pm and 12noon - super convenient) LOVED the size of the rooms - just right.

The room was clean. Plenty of towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly except for the gentlemen behind the desk. Hallways were too dark and the hotel itself was dated.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The room smelled very musty, and our whole family had sinus issues after the first night. The carpet felt damp around the AC unit so we kept it off for most of our stay. The vent/fan on the bathroom ceiling drove us crazy every night making constant tapping noises even though it was turned off. The tv remote was sticky and gross, but we had wipes with us and cleaned it off. The breakfast was good and had several options. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool was disgusting. It was milky colored, and the water wasn’t moving. You could hear a pump running but the water wasn’t being circulated. We were too afraid to get in, so that was a bummer since we specifically wanted a hotel with a pool. For the price, it wasn’t a bad stay.

Great motel, very clean and modern, and with an excellent staff. The hot breakfast and coffee really hit the spot. My only negative is that I was serenaded by all night by a symphony of semis traveling on the interstate nearby. But, after I got used to the traffic noise, it was OK. I still slept well.
