We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location was great—convenient for exploring the area. We especially loved the cute courtyard, which made the place feel cozy and welcoming. Overall, a charming and comfortable stay!

Lovely place that our standard poodle loved We had dinner in the restaurant the service was excellent and the food was delicious and fairly priced My only concern was the hostess needs to learn to smile and make people welcome We almost went to another restaurant We will be back Smile

Beautiful property with a lot of charm and character. The room that we booked last minute was small but adequate. Breakfast was included and good. The outdoor sitting space was very relaxing and beautiful. The staff were very courteous and very helpful. Overall a wonderful stay.

The Inn is one of our favorite places in Carmel. Usually we have one of the better rooms but they were gone this time. The basic king bed room was small and the bathroom very small and poorly conceived with few surfaces on which to place things. A better room is a must for next time. Breakfast great and included. Parking very limited and must be reserved morning at 8 am day of arrival. $40!!

We checked in and the lady at the desk gave me the wrong keys. I got to the room and the key didn't work. The fireplace didn't work and the room was noisy and on the street. They said the hotel was at half capacity so they should have given us a better room but they didn't.

This was WAY overpriced for the quality and experience. In addition, there were loud dogs barking in the hotel in the morning which work me and honestly left me highly disappointed. Would not recommend it and wouldn’t stay here again. I have never paid so much a night and been so unhappy.

The hotel is great. Very charming. Our $450 room was a tiny box with no charm. For that price, the least they could do is provide bath robes (like other hotels do who charge that much.)
