"Booked a large room and canceled it before the cut off date and rebooked a smaller room that became available. Was waiting a number of weeks for a refund and never happened. Hotels.com investigated it and the Hotel refused to pay the back the money. So I ended up paying twice for the same booking. So be very careful and probably don’t book here.
Hotel room was fine but no table for working - so that was weird. They don’t have basic items available. They have 1 iron for clothes but no ironing board despite being a hotel beside wedding locations. So you iron onto a towel on a bed. Breakfast is good but they are not able to handle a crowd so they don’t have enough stuff. They have 1 coffee maker - individual cups etc so that causes delays. It probably needs a management team to do a “voice of the customer” review to make it better. But charging extra for cancellation booking and then refusing to pay makes it dodgy. "
