"Had a great stay. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Only grumble was that the pool can be full at times and there was no towels as promised so we had to use room towels, which were not replaced despite asking. "

"Wonderful hotel - room was surprisingly spacious and even had a microwave which was a nice addition if you are staying for several nights. Bathroom was very nice and spacious and a lovely shower. Great location central with good transport links and only a short walk from the main attractions in the city. Car park is extremely tight when full but we took advantage of the alternative car park suggested which we were fortunate to receive a discounted rate for whilst staying with Sandman, and it was a very short walk from the hotel so no complaints. Would be very happy to stay here again. "

"Friendliness from the staff throughout our stay from arrival to breakfast to checking-out. Room was huge for 3 persons, bathroom and sleeping area were spotless, beddings were comfy and fresh. Room was keeping us throughout our stay too! Highly recommended!"

"They let us go to our sons graduation, kept our luggage for us as we had to check out , then they let us come back after graduation and use a room to change for us bus journey home.! So accommodating. Can’t thank the staff enough. Lovely room lovely breakfast and all food"
