The area is a really peaceful, quiet place with a lovely beach and fields to walk around in and explore. Highly recommend this place to anyone"

"A lovely hotel and restaurant close to the Lancaster canal and the M6 motorway. Food was excellent and breakfast was included in the price. The bed was very comfortable and the room was all to a high standard. We took a dog and they provided a bed, bowls and treats. There is plenty of free car parking. The staff were very helpful and attentive even though it was busy over the weekend we stayed."
