"This was the second time I stay there. The first time I was given a free parking spot for one car. I was never told that it was a courtesy. This second time I ask for the free parking pass and they told there was no free parking. The receptionist when and grace the manager and I explained what happened last time and she said it was a courtesy by the employee but he never told me it was done as a courtesy. She pulled up Expediacwebsite to proof to me that there was a note stating that there was no free parking. It was very rude. I ask her if she was able to give me a free parking yes or no. She said I will do it this last time but I will also note it on you told that this is the second time and there will be no more free parking for you. Will never go back to this place it is a great place to stay but not with that service. "
