"I was told I needed to book a room because I had 2 small kennel jack Russell’s. They tooked 1 hour in half to find me a room in there computer. Would not let me use my debit visa because it was virtual on my phone for check in for the deposit but allow my sister in law to send an authorization by email which I could of done in the same way. This was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. They explained I needed to change rooms because of some cleaning reasons. The room they gave us was not steam cleaned, its did not smell clean. I have allergies and had to deal with a disgusting room. it’s look like a dog was left alone in the room. My room was not cleaned the whole long weekend we stayed, no clean towels I had to finally go to the front desk when we returned from our visit with our son to change our garages my self and get clean towels and toilet paper for out last night. I would recommend anyone who does have any puppies to not stay or anyone for that matter. I paid full price for a room that I did not get. With no refund. I’ve been to other hotels with our dogs and never have been treated in this fashion."

"Our stay was disappointing. A listed amenity is the outdoor pool. We understand that there is a large commitment and investment to upgrade this property but the outdoor pool wasn't available and there was incredibly loud construction happening. We noted that construction was anticipated to start at the end of May in the lisfing however, that wasn't changed in the listing despite it having started early May impacting our stay and others that we communicated with. We were told that because we booked third party that there could be no remedy. The room was very dated. My husband did have a good experience with a service he booked. I ordered breakfast from the restaurant and it was also very disappointing."
