"Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, nicht wirklich gut, aber auch nicht wirklich schlecht. Der Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthaltes entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Zum Beispiel war die Rezeption sehr schnell überfordert, das Servicepersonal war mehrheitlich unfreundlich, abgesehen vom Chef des Service beim Frühstück und des Reinigungspersonals. Das Essen war o.k. Die Anlage sowie das Zimmer waren sauber. Was störend war, war, dass es beim Frühstück nicht genügend Platz für alle Gäste...

"Die Lage am Berg ist einzigartig und zugleich etwas schwieriger mit dem Auto. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die sehr wenigen und kaum vorhandenen Parkplätze. Die gebuchte Suite mit Whirlpool ist top!"

Absolutt alt er bra med hotellet for oss som liker Sveits - det er ryddig, servicen er upåklagelig - det er rent og pent, og så lukter det helt fantaskisk av treverket som er brukt i bygget.
