"Nice hotel close to airport. Airport shuttle very prompt and easy to book. Room was good, excellent AC, spacious bathroom/shower. Room overall clean, but with dirty (or very worn out) spots, eg, blanket on shelf had long hair on it, shower head and bidet hose tip very worn out. "We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience."
