We weren’t given a map of the hotel so we had to guess where our room was and where to park. We weren’t told what the WiFi password was or reminded of free breakfast the next morning. The hotel is close to the beach and there are a lot of places to shop and get food nearby. There is also a laundry facility, pool, and hot tub. Parking was plenty and so were the entrances into hotel. The hot water for showers didn’t run out and the water pressure was good. There is also a separate switch for the bathroom exhaust. The tv worked fine except the volume good not be controlled via remote as well as turning the tv off. There’s plenty of lights and outlets. My personal complaints are the traffic noise since our window faced the freeway. The pullout mattress had a nasty fresh stain like someone’s melted ice cream. The shower faucet had a leak. There was a squished dead spider on the ceiling. The carpet felt sticky so we had to walk around with our slippers on. Neighbors were yelling at each other in the middle of the night.

The hotel is as very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. The ladies in the breakfast area were very helpful and nice. They didn’t rush us out even though we stayed about 15 minutes after closing.

The property is well maintained though old. Backs up to the freeway, and my room was in the back so did hear freeway noise. Parking is not close to rooms. Rooms are outdated, but very clean. It's been a long time since I have been to a place where they put a lock on the shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Makes you feel like you are in an unsafe area. Breakfast was free, but no water, and juice machine was broken. Only option was cheese omlette's for eggs- so no non cheese egg option. Religious station was playing in the breakfast room which I found to be odd.

When I went into my room there was still a maintenance guy in the room. Then when we pulled out the pull out couch there were still items from the last visit that someone left behind and the pull out couch was dusty .

Clean/Quality property, rooms, parking, and amenities. Outstanding location, customer service, and continental breakfast. The only complaint I may offer is that the outside doors are left open to the public until 11:00 PM. This left me feeling insecure, especially with having a room right next to the stairs...

We just needed a place to stay the night because I had a headache and didn't want to be in the car any longer. This was perfect. From ease of booking to the friendly reception. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable, and most importantly quiet.
