We met another couple checking in that experienced nearly the same except that the building with their assigned room was down the street in the next block. We never found any staff on site and gave up on phone contact. "

"The gentleman behind the counter was licking his fingers before he took my card. That was pretty disgusting. There is no ac adjustment in the room we were in and it was hot and muggy. There was a thermostat outside the room but it was locked. "
