The disadvantages of having no reception and living on the third floor are negated by attentive proprietors who make sure that guests know evrything they need to know. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel to all others. Contrary to the promotioal material put out by Expedia, the hotel does not have "on-site parking", but there is convenient space near by."

"You need to contact hotel through WhatsApp for check in Or there is no response. The key for the room is in lockbox at top of the stairs. Once inside, the view is amazing. Worth every penny and all the stairs. There are no beach towels or bag. Everything is an additional charge- drip coffee, water. Expresso costs the same downstairs in town. For those with bad knees or have trouble with stairs, do not recommend. There are about 70 stairs. Overall, it was very pleasant and air conditioned."

"This place was fantastic. Very close to the train station so didn’t have to haul luggage far. Was also close in proximity to some great private beaches ($40 for two chairs and an umbrella all day). About a 15 min walk to the area where all the shops and restaurants are. Staff helped with storing luggage upon check out for a couple hours and was all around an excellent find and place to stay on our two night stay in Cinque Terre"
