"If you want to feel true Italian vibe, then stay in Eda’ s place. She was amazing. She treated us as her own guests, and truly cared about us. I highly recommend this place."

"Great place in a perfect location to base off in La Spezia. Many many restaurants and shops around and it’s all walking distance. Train station is 9 mins walking which is great."

"This is a very well set up and managed hotel. Very thoughtfully planned and built.
The disadvantages of having no reception and living on the third floor are negated by attentive proprietors who make sure that guests know evrything they need to know.
We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel to all others.
Contrary to the promotioal material put out by Expedia, the hotel does not have "on-site parking", but there is convenient space near by."

"You need to contact hotel through WhatsApp for check in Or there is no response. The key for the room is in lockbox at top of the stairs. Once inside, the view is amazing. Worth every penny and all the stairs. There are no beach towels or bag. Everything is an additional charge- drip coffee, water. Expresso costs the same downstairs in town. For those with bad knees or have trouble with stairs, do not recommend. There are about 70 stairs. Overall, it was very pleasant and air conditioned."

"This place was fantastic. Very close to the train station so didn’t have to haul luggage far. Was also close in proximity to some great private beaches ($40 for two chairs and an umbrella all day). About a 15 min walk to the area where all the shops and restaurants are. Staff helped with storing luggage upon check out for a couple hours and was all around an excellent find and place to stay on our two night stay in Cinque Terre"

"Private parking, beautiful views of the bay and the mountains, nice breakfast served by the owner himself.
High on the mountain, though near the city."

"An absolutely gorgeous guest house with amazing owners and staff who were knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. The room was top tier in both cleanliness and general aesthetic. Definitely worth visiting again for Biassa, the surrounding towns, and of course Pietra di Mare."

"We really enjoyed our stay, especially the amazing view! Monterosso is overrated.
We loved our amazing cleaning lady who took on the role of our host and gave us so much advice. She welcomed us and showed us hospitality like an owner would! Thank you!💛"

"the hotel was modern and looked newly built. staff very friendly. breakfast was very good and the bar had a good selection of good food and drinks. it is very close to the train station and if you reserve early a private hotel parking slots as well are available."
"Great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!"
"Easy check in and friendly staff. Nice modern clean rooms and the breakfast was delicious! Right on the water and close to the boat dock if you want to take the ferry."
"Getting to the hotel for the train station was a extremely straight forward, pun intended. The 24 hr concierge, everyone from the team, as we spoke to three separate agents at different times in our stay, were all extremely nice and helpful.
The complimentary breakfasts were always well stocked with options for sandwiches, eggs, pastries and juices. All you need. Make sure to ask the staff for fresh espresso from the kitchen while you are there.
Location was great, not facing the water, but easily accessible to walk to dinner or a stroll along the boardwalk within seconds.
The shared roof top patio was great to relax in the sun closer to the room too."
"We really enjoyed our stay, and couldn't recommend it more! The staff were so friendly, helpful, and made everything stress-free for us. We had many pool days, enjoyed the hotels private beach, and enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant. Also the hotel is in the heat of sestri levante, so what more could you ask for?"

8/10 Good
"The hotel is in a great location. However, it needs some updating. The biggest thing is the elevator needs to be updated!!!! My sister and I got stuck inside which was a traumatic situation. It stopped and the doors opened half way then the doors got stuck and it would not move once the doors closed. The staff acted like this happens all the time. It was extremely hot and no air and a frightening experience. Other guests were complaining about the elevator to deaf ears. It might be a good idea to update the breakfast with a bit more options. The rest of the stay was good."
"Truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. The views from my room were unbelievable, offering breathtaking scenery that made my stay even more memorable. And we enjoyed a great breakfast with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
