Very unfriendly staff, uncomfortable stay

Don’t expect a lot of warmth and hospitality from this staff. Breakfast is not always served, only when they feel like it. I waited for 20 minutes for breakfast while the older woman who works at the front desk sipped coffee, watched me and chatted with other staff. I finally left and got breakfast outside. Also, they went into my room to check if I had turned off lights and ac right after I checked in without my knowledge. Since they don’t provide a safe, it would have been nice to get a heads up, but then again, no one here speaks a word of English.

Súper bien ubicado.

La ubicación es insuperable. Tiene la ventaja de estar en Getsemaní donde hay muchos.restaurantes bares, y vida nocturna. A diferencia de la ciudad amurallada no hay tanto acoso de parte de los estafadores, prostitutas y vendedores. Queda muy cerca de todas las actividades turísticas y está a unos pocos minutos de la Torre del Reloj, que es donde salen y llegan varios de los toures. La habitación es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Solo que el baño de la habitación que nos tocó es pequeño e incómodo. Pero el precio y la ubicación es lo que hace que valga la pena.

Cartagena trip

Loved the Santorini styled building with the little pool in the courthouse a lovely bonus. Very confortable room and the total hotel was always very clean. Wifi worked great and employees very helpful and friendly. The location was great.

Great location small guest house

Very nice staff. Small guest house at Plaza de TRINIDAD. 8 rooms set around a small pool. Good WiFi. Good Aircon. Nice smallish room, good lighting, nice and dark outside the room for sleeping. Breakfast is 7.30-8.30 and set around the pool. So early morning can be noisy. Overall very nice and good value.

It looks like more like a hostel than a hotel. Great location in Getsemani where bohemian and fun nightlife is. The venues give you a bad impression at the begging but then you see that services (AC, shower, towels, bed) work out fine. Get ready to lock you room door with a chain and lock.

Me gustó la atención del personal; fueron amables. El lugar es tranquilo, bonito y acogedor. El desayuno algo temprano. Excelente ubicación. Lugar histórico que en la noche es punto de reunión de comercio ambulante, shows callejeros y pubs. Todo limpio y bien implementadas las piezas. La piscina debería estar habilitada hasta más tarde.
