Amazing staff . I would recommend options for guests to refill water pitchers in the room. I found myself buying lots of water from the restaurant . Gets expensive. Maybe a bug a repellent for each room .

I had a beautiful time in this facility. The staff was friendly and kind. Specially Wendy, Johanna and her husband which gaves us a personalized service.This place is excellent for couples retreat and to disconnect from outside world which is full of stressed. I will coming back definitely.

The ambiance was is excellent! However, I was extremely disappointed with the poor hospitality. The food was horrible, the flies and dogs are overwhelming when you’re eating, the dogs won’t leave even when being chased away, communication is difficult if you don’t speak Spanish, none of my towels were exchanged for new ones, and the beach water was oily and dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Private boat picked us up at Cartagena harbor and we were dropped off at our private Cabana. Drinks, food, music, service, everything was excellent. Was supposed to go to Tulum, but this was as good

Amazing beach getaway
My boyfriend and I came here for two nights during the Christmas holiday. It’s an amazing place with beautiful facilities, nice lodging and helpful staff. We stayed in once of the huts which had an outdoor shower and also AC (much appreciated in Cartagena). We were assigned a table/daybed by the beach which was amazing (these are usually reserved for groups of 6). We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the sea. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, more so than anticipated, and drinks were great. Service could be a little more refined at times (eg both mornings we got our coffee at breakfast after our food) but in general everyone was friendly and great. This is a great place for younger people and friends. Perhaps a bit loud for others (thinking about my parents) but the hotel also has another beach club , Namaste, which seems more relaxed. Overall highly recommended for a short trip from Cartagena!

Amazing Experience
This place is a must see if you are visiting Cartegena! It was amazing top notch service Danny and his team were so polite and accommodating. We went during the week so it was very relaxing and only 6 overnight guests at the entire resort my wife and I being 2 of them.

First night, power was out. Next night, water. Bad WiFi signal all around. Worst in the rooms. No tv, radio, coffe maker etc.. in the room. Just bed and shower, restroom. No hot water. Beaches are nice, clean, ocean is super warm , sky is blue... everything beyond beach perimeter is dirty, forgotten... First night, it was just us and one more couple, out of 18 + rooms, even tough Expédia is warning you “only 3 rooms left “ and similar nonsense. Don’t fall for that.

I see the intention, but falls short
I can see what this place was trying to do, but it falls far short. I can tell that they tried to have a resort-like feel where the guest is pampered and doesn't have to lift a finger while enjoying the beauty that surrounds. There are 2 sections of cabanas and you're assigned to for the duration of the stay. There's "Namaste" & "Bomba". It appears that Namaste is supposed to be the all-natural, organic part and Bomba is the party section. It's not. Except for the decor, they're identical. Another important difference is that although you have access to both menus on either side, you can't eat the Bomba menu (has fried and less healthy options) whilst on the Namaste cabanas. You have to physically leave and move to the Bomba side to eat the unhealthy food. The service was bad! On our first day, we saw our sever come to our cabana twice in 6 hours. We had to come find her several times. At dinner, our new server appeared to never have seen the menu a day in his life. He kept coming back to verify our order. He'd never heard of the most basic cocktails on the menu. Our bed was rock hard. There was no water on 2 different occasions. The power went out once. The AC went out twice. The saving grace is that it's all so beautiful. They're several sections apart from the cabana sections in which to relax.There's a pool too. Hammocks everywhere! Although food and drinks took forever, they were great. We still liked it because we got what we were there for. Sun, drinks, & relaxation.

For those who like to relax not be busy
Amazing place to be. Nothing to do besides eat, drink, and relax on the beach during the day time, absolutely nothing wrong with this as this is what I was looking for. But if you are a person who enjoys being entertained or active, bring things to do with you. Yoga was offered while I was there as well. Also “island time” is very real here your stuff will come when it comes.

Our family had a wonderful experience. My husband and four daughters stayed in the hotel part of the resort and found it more than adequate. The staff was amazing and the manager/owner was wonderful - helped us arrange a private boat to tour us around the islands and organized a boat trip with another family at the resort to visit the old forts at the edge of the island. We would definitely stay again.

Great short break on the other side of the channel from cartagena. Much less hectic! Short boat ride from Boca grande. Helpful staff and funky vibe. We enjoyed it. Take mosquito spray.

El lugar perfecto para descansar
Una experiencia inolvidable, el hotel es increíble, un plan perfecto para descansar y lo único que podrían mejorar es el costo de la comida que es caro teniendo en cuenta las porciones y no tuvimos servicio de limpieza en la habitación. Destacamos la atención del personal y su disposición, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, recomendamos la piña colada y la bandeja de mojarra.
