"My bed liner had what looked like semen on it..the shower was too small, no liner. The toilet looked like it had urine right in front of the toilet. Although there was a blackout curtain the light shined right into room in the bed. The staff was nice, but they allowed my adult son into my room without calling me, asking if it was ok, or even for identification. My room key did not work multiple times. I had to come back downstairs multiple times. A stranger walked into my son’s room while his wife was asleep and thank God nothing happened to my pregnant daughter in law. My other son had to have a different room, Their room smelled like mold and was dusty. That will be a place we will never stay again. I would not suggest this place to anyone! Everything that happened, no ID check specifically was very concerning. Also, one of the doors were not secured and the camera was unplugged. Never again! I would love to get my money back!"
