Everything about our stay was awsome! The staff, the room, the view, access to restaurants, access to tennis courts! One of the things we liked best was their use of all the flowers and colorful shrubs and different types of trees that are on the property! Very nice!

Location was great. Room was clean and spacious. It was a bit of a walk from our room to the entrance. Staff at the front could be a bit more friendlier. We didn’t know we had to have our own bodywash and hand soap etc. our kids enjoyed the pool. The coffee bar and restaurant were a bit pricey. Overall, I think a good place for younger kids and not for teens.

We stayed here with our 18 month old son and we loved it. The apartment was great- spacious, quiet and clean. The staff were all really friendly. The pools were great and we were always able to get sun beds no matter what time of day it was. It was also really easy and cheap to get to Carvoeiro using Uber. We will definitely be returning!

Grounds were beautiful as were the pools. Great location to amazing beaches. Negatices were an ant problem in our room/kitchen. Solution is not to spray raid on our kitchen counter where we cook. Hotel needs to be better there. It’s not a cheap room rental, this should be addressed proactively at such a resort. Also told that Expedia bookings have to pay for access to gym and mini golf. Never heard of this in all my travels.

We were lucky to get an ocean view upper floor 1 BR apartment for our 3 day stay. The resort is connected to the cliff side walking trails leading to the 7 hanging valley trail. A short drive from the bustling Carvoeiro tourist town. The apartments are rental vacation homes and ours had everything, except annoyingly a salt and pepper shaker.

While the property and pools seemed nice, I found the actual apartment to be very outdated, with even some noticeable mold on one wall and shower ceiling. Parking was also not convenient if you have kids or large amounts of luggage. It’s just depends where your apartment is
