"Great service. Our room was so dimly lit and we asked for more lights and they delivered 3 lamps and stronger light bulbs. In the future, we would ask for a room on an upper floor. We were on the second floor. The corridors were also dimly lit so we were very careful. The hotel people were very responsive and helpful. Having a Starbucks in the courtyard was great so we could pick up breakfast and croissants in the morning."

"Everything was very clean and the apartment was well stocked with everything I needed to cook. The staff were all extremely kind- I’m unfortunately not fluent in Spanish but that was never a problem. I enjoyed having access to the rooftop area as it provided a great space to relax and do my remote work."
