Spa and gym were great except there were no co-ed spas which was unfortunate for our trip as this was a couple trip. That was the only inconvenience in our whole trip. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful!"

"I was blown away at this lovey property, very pleasantly surprised Wow, is all i can say, this hotel is so wonderful, so quiet, they have spared no expense with everything. They have done such a great job with every little detail and the customer service is 5 STAR. We had a 16 hr layover and being we are not familiar with Mexico City, i clearly picked tbis hotel because of the Amazing reviews, we were not disappointed. Thank you so much!"
