"My recent stay at the hotel had a mix of positives and areas that could use improvement. Upon arrival, the check-in experience was not the most welcoming. The two ladies assisting at the front desk—who appeared to be a mother and daughter—came across as having an attitude that made the interaction feel uncomfortable and less professional than expected. That said, I do want to highlight that there was one staff member who stood out in a very positive way. She was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made a noticeable difference and helped improve the overall experience and rating. On a brighter note, the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, even for its age, which I truly appreciated. The pillows can have been softer as well. The crown jewel of this stay, however, was the surrounding area. The location offered an enjoyable environment that added significant value to the visit. With some improvement in customer service consistency, particularly at the front desk, this hotel has the potential to provide an excellent guest experience."

"I had two rooms one for us the room did not had towels, so we asked for towels, they were old and dirty, tv didn't work, the second room was dirty with dirt and cotton swabs on the floor no towels too they really need to put more attention to the rooms, is a nice room but needs attention "

"Amazing staff. Receptionists speak fully English and they are very helpful. I also recommend the restaurant which provide amazing chicken sandwiches. Very respectful and the way expected. 5 star. "

"I got a clean room and a garage to park my car. The bed was comfortable but I think I should have asked for a different top cover blanket. The room itself is nice size room it could use a small table and chairs. Staff was courteous and helpful. Check in is drive up window or walk in. You must leave your ID to get a room, so plan ahead. The area was decent and the Hotel is in the center of the city. "
