What truly made my stay special was the hotel staff. The reception team was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with calling a taxi and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Their warm and attentive service really exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Spacious loft-style rooms, a great location, and outstanding staff. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Smart Suites Granada to anyone visiting the city!"
