The staff was really helpful and the room was extremely clean! Beautiful hotel. The only downside it is not walkable and far from the tourist areas, overall very amazing hotel !

I enjoyed my stay at this property. They had buffet for breakfast which I had to pay extra for; it had various options and was delicious. The staff (Khaled and Loubna) were amazing people and answered all my questions I had about the city/neighborhood. However, this property was sort of far from tourist attractions so I had to take a cab or the tram. It was okay to me to take transportation which allowed me explore the city more and socialize with people. Highly recommend this property!

We tripped around Morocco for 4 weeks and this hotel had the best breakfast,lunch,room(with 2 balconies-Room 501),bathroom and bed out of all the hotels we stayed in! We were on a premium tour. However we did have to wait until 10 pm for our extra bed to be delivered! This is a great place to stay!

This is the best hotel we have stayed in Morocco. We stayed in Fes and Chefchaouen before two night stay here. The best room layout except for the glass enclosing at toilet area. The breakfast is perfect as well as the team serving there. Reception was fine but they made a mistake in charging us the tax but later on we were refunded. When selecting the hotel it says on the pool photo that its open until 11 pm but it was only the dining area so on our first day we missed it as we arrived nearly 6pm and only learned it when we got up the roof top pool with out swimsuit on. I also had hammam and relaxing massage package. It’s good that they are open until 9pm. The Hamam was amazing! Sanaa was great in Hamam but not so good with the massage, it was very light pressure and her nails were not cut so somehow it scratches my skin not painful though. We love their bed and linen that we bought a set! Thanks to the receptionist who helped us get it done with their laundry department. On our second day we also were not able to enjoy the pool. We got in at 2 pm on a Friday but we were not aware that they will not have any service because it was prayer time. So there was no one there and we dont have any towels. There was also no day bed to use because the deck was arranged as dining not for pool use :( we were disappointed and the main reason we selected this hotel is to use the pool. It was also very hot time but their pool was so cold. Overall good hotel in good location

This is not 4 star hotel
Location of the hotel is great, there is carefour supermarket nearly and pharmacy and tram stop so you can go easily to town centre. Breakfast very tasty and lot of option. Rooms very dirty I was on 4th floor and I found cockroaches in the toilet, my friend was on 3th floor and he have bed bugs as he has lot of tiny bites on his body. Carpets in the room appealing very dirty and they should be change 20 years ago stains all over the carpets. This is definitely not 4 star hotel.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice, place and rooms very pleasant and clean. The selection at breakfast was great. Tv in the room up to date. The only problems were at the gym all the machines were not working or broken. The girl at the spa desk was no help. The AC was not working and the room was hot at some points. But i would still stay agin.

Please please please do not stay at this hotel the front desk lady was so rude, unfriendly, not at all what you would expect from front desk. Never in my years of traveling & staying in 5 star hotels all over the world that I had encountered such an issue. I was charged for a towel that housekeeping didn’t replace, apparently each room has two bath towels and two hand towels so when housekeeping came she only put one hand towels in my room. When I got back to my room I only saw one hand towel and didn’t think anything of it because I’m by myself and there was no need to get two hand towels little do I know at checkout they charge me $35 for the hand towel that’s missing. If you do stay at this hotel, make sure you count the towels before you come in and each time housekeeping come because if she forgot to put a towel they will charge you for missing towel. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

I dont know how some of the reviews of this place gave a 5 grade , the property is outdated, carpet is dirty. Pilows are over used, truly not a place i will ever consider staying in the future. Not worth the money and over rated on its star, in the usa this will be a 2 star hotel not 4.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Kenzi. Everyone was so helpful and I wish I had thought to write their names down so I could do specific shout outs but the young man who assists with bags and typically stands in front of reception is a rockstar. I arrived with an issue with my taxi driver and he along with the supervisory staff took amazing care of me. Due to the issue with the taxi, I was reluctant to explore Morocco for a few days and just stayed in the hotel taking advantage of the rooftop and the spa. I loved the spa package that I had (the one with hammam and the massage) and enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop with the delicious mojitos prepared with lemon and lime. When I was finally ready to venture outside, the hotel staff arranged a taxi for me so that I would not have the same issue again. The bed is comfortable, the room has two sitting areas, one with a desk, and the bathroom has a bidet area separated from the shower. The shower has a regular showered and rainwater. They both have great pressure. The breakfast was plentiful and everything was clean. I basically can't say enough good things about this hotel. I loved it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was had issues. 1: Accessibility with Car is terrible. The road is one way street with only one lane. If one car is picking up or dropping passengers then there is backlog of cars created. 2: The carpet has stains so did the toilet. 3: The air conditioner did not work.
