"Very professional staff. They were great, so no complaints. The area that really needs some work is the rooms. In my room there were multiple issues: bathroom one of the two lights in overhead burned out, towel rack to the right of the sink was just barely holding on into the wall. They were literally dangling from the wall. My wife thought that are room felt slightly slanted to her. There is probably some truth to that because when we arrived, we noted that the dresser had the top two drawers open. That struct us as odd. She closed them, but then noted that the top one especially would open by itself. That would only make sense if the room was in fact slightly angled. The window curtains had numerous holes in them. In the morning, the sun light poured through the holes. It was kind of a weird effect and made the room get brighter than I would have liked. The AC worked, but it sure took a long time for it to lower the temperature. When we arrived, the room was fairly hot. Not trying to bash the place. The room was clean, the beds were in good shape and the bathroom was very clean. Its just like they need to spend some money to fix some of these issues. Also reasonably priced which is harder to find these days."
