Pleasant staff who were extremely helpful and gave us tips and directions for using the metro and areas to visit. The unit was super clean, I had a small kitchen with anything that I could possibly need, AC/heating, a big window/balcony, a comfortable and clean bed, and a TV with access to Netflix! The check-in process was online and very easy, the staff were quick to respond to my emails, and I found that when I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and kind. I felt super safe and comfortable throughout my stay here, and I think it's the perfect place for solo travellers! :)"

"Really great apartment very close to Milan's central train station and with a metro around the corner. The apartment was very spacious, lots of room for a family and a great kitchen with plenty of utensils to make a proper meal. I booked this last minute and it really exceeded my expectations, the staff at the apartment were lovely and provided a proper run though of facilities. A really great place which I'd like to return to on my next trip to Milan."
