"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available.
After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out...
"A lovely little spot in the Pyrenees. Incredibly charming and beautiful. Overlooks a Romanesque church, with views of spectacular mountain scenery. The proprietors are lovely and provide a wonderful breakfast."
"Hacía mucho calor, no tienen AA y no ofrecieron ventiladores. Está al pie de carretera y se oyen los coches pasar si abres la ventana. Las instalaciones y mobiliario son un poco viejas."
"Hotel son grandes pretensiones pero totalmente recomendable,, tranquilo, limpio y un desayuno buenísimo,,en nuestro caso íbamos con moto y el parking cubierto y gratis para la moto un plus,,, repetiremos"
