"I can't rave about this place enough. The value for the price, how intentional they are with little touches and amenities and how kind their staff is- truly pineapple hospitality and they definitely have a loyal customer out of me. We are Seattle locals who needed to stay in the U District for a surgery my partner is having at the UW. It's rightfully a stressful time for us. Checking into this inn was a positive light in a time where we really needed it. Parking fee waived for medical stays, and they told us any additional nights would be discounted for medical reasons (important because we weren't sure if the hospital allowed overnight visitors), a comp beverage upon check in- absolute score! A wine for me and a sparkling water for my husband. The reusable water bottle and a water fountain...this is always a need when staying overnight, plus I could bring it to the hospital with me! Outside of those initial things, I was impressed by the touches in room. The individual duvets, the comfy robes, towels that actually fit around your whole body, stocked soap & body wash, the pineapple outlet for charging multiple devices! Also, the room was clean clean. It's not often I'm impressed by my stay somewhere, let alone enough to rave in a review. Highly recommend the university inn, and we will for sure choose this location for our future stays by the hospital."
