"We booked the Sonesta hotel months ago and when we arrived, it was no longer a Sonesta. There were no amenities provided in the hotel room (not even hand soap). The shower was dirty. The restaurant, bar, and breakfast area were all closed. Staff were kind, but seemed very overworked and overwhelmed. ..."

"Everything was clean. The sheets, bedding, and towels were really soft. The building was awesome. So many amenities including the library and game rooms. Views were great from this location in the building. I would definitely stay here again."
