"Overall, the hotel is clean and well-situated with fresh clean rooms. I do have reservations about the hotel the way they conduct the airport shuttle service. I wrote to the hotel with all the relevant details regarding my arrival at the airport. The response I received was that I would need to call them once I got to the airport and they would then call a taxi. This is obviously absurd as the attraction of booking a shuttle service is the convenience of having a car waiting at the airport. I was told that the cost was 100 PLN In the event, I declined this service and walked straight outside in taxi and paid less than 50 PLN so the shuttle service is best avoided. The water pressure from the shower was also very weak. I know most hotels are involved in various initiatives to avoid wasting water but it shouldn't affect the enjoyment of the guest. "

"I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I chose this chain because I often stay at your property in Warsaw, where everything is always excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel in Poznan did not meet my expectations. I arrived late in the evening and expected the room to have all the basic amenities. Instead, there were no slippers, no bathrobe, and no coffee/tea facilities. I did not want to have to call and request items that should be standard in the room. When I asked for a kettle, it would have been logical to provide a cup and tea along with it, but that was also missing. The room felt like a hospital room rather than a hotel – it was a disabled-access room with nothing to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing – it seemed like leftovers from the day before. "

"The Hotel Forza was a fantastic place to stay. Located a short tram ride from the Old Town and inexpensive. The staff were welcoming and spoke English, which was incredibly helpful as I have no Polish. The room was spotless and quiet. The curtains had blackouts. It was cold outside but lovely and warm in the room, and just in case there were spare blankets in the wardrobe. There was a large desk with a pull-out section for extra space and task lighting if required. The bathroom was large and well maintained and the shower had lots of hot water. Body wash and hand soap was complimentary. Linen & towels provided. A decent hairdryer was provided too. There is a Lidl within walking distance for supplies. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of continental meats, cheeses and salads. There was also a selection of pastries and bread. The cooked breakfast was basic - scrambled eggs, saveloys and baked beans. I didn't try the restaurant in the evenings. Recommended and excellent value for money. I will definitely stay here again. "
