We stayed here for 3 nights for an event in Caserta. The hotel was well appointed, and in a great location close to the Palace. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and drinks. The room was neat and clean with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well, and the blackout curtains were useful. I particularly liked that I could communicate with reception via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time

Amazing breakfast included - anything you might want. Had a good reasonably priced supper here one night. Well-run hotel with charming staff who looked after us (and others in our wedding party) very well. Short walk from railway station and shops so very convenient.Would definitely stay here again.

Ótimo hotel com excelente localização

A localização do hotel é simplesmente perfeita. Ao lado da estação de trem e do Palácio de Caserta, próximo do centrinho, com várias opções de restaurantes e lojas a uma curta distância a pé. O hotel está passando por reformas externas. O lobby ainda é bem antigo, mas os quartos já estão reformados, são de muito bom gosto e confortáveis. A janela do nosso quarto tinha vista para o Palácio! Café da manhã muito bom também.
