Alles was heel proper, heel vriendelijk personeel en veel keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet. Ruime parking aan het hotel, zwembaden zowel binnen als buiten. Het hotel omschrijft zichzelf als 4-sterren maar ik ervaarde het meer als vergane glorie.

Waren auf der Durchreise 3 Nächte, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel hätte viel Potenzial, tolle Lage, aber es muss noch viel gemacht werden. Zimmer war super sauber, am Anfang bisschen muffiger Geruch, der aber nach dem Lüften größtenteils weg war. Frühstück war okay. In der letzten Nacht konnten wir leider kein Auge zumachenden, weil ein unerträgliches Niederfrequenz Geräusch zu hören war. Hatten ein großes, helles Gartenzimmer Richtung Tal mit tollem Blick.

La struttura ha un grande potenziale,grandi camere ,buone pulizie, ottima posizione,manca un po' di organizzazione , c'è sicuramente poco personale ( oppure non ben distribuito) e questo si è notato la mattina durante la colazione ( che era si ben fornita) ma non si trovava alcune stoviglie,non c'erano cartelli indicazioni e assenze troppo lunghe appunto del personale a cui chiedere informazioni o altro. Peccato per questo dettaglio,un po' più di attenzione e la struttura merita il suo punticino in più

Das Hotel ist ländlich, aber sehr gut zu Volterra, San Gimniagno, Siena, Casole und Colle di Val d' Elsa,.. und ruhig gelegen von den Zimmern hat man einen schönen Blick auf die sanfthügelige Landschaft. Wir hatten ein grosses Terrassenzimmer mit schönen Blick auf Landschaft und Anlage, sie Sauberkeit ist sehr hervorzuheben. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aus Frühstücksraum und Fluren, das abends auch als Restaurant diente, könnte man mit Bildern, Pflanzen und Deko deutlich mehr machen. So hatte er eher einen Hallencharakter, der tägliche Dudeljazz aus der Box war nicht wirklich zum gemütlichen Verweilen geeignet. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl mit Luft nach oben. Das "Restaurant" ist offenbar nur eine Notlösung, wie haben einmal hier gegessen, beide Gerichte der kleinen Karte waren aber schmackhaft. Eine schöne Sonnenterrasse, der ebenfalls nur ein paar Pflanzen zur Gemütlichkeit fehlen, Hallen- und Außenpool mit Liegewiese sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Wellnessbereich gibt es wohl auch, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz gehört auch dazu, aber Vorsicht, die Metallschienen an den Einfahrten sind beschädigt und stehen spitz an oben, eine Gefahr für Reifen und Unterboden. Alles in allem aber ein Hotel , bei dem man sich, wenn man keinen grossen Luxus benötigt, wohlfühlen kann und das ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per 4 giorni. La struttura si trova isolata fuori dal paese che è raggiungibile con la macchina in 10 minuti. La camera è spaziosa e pulita...per l'utilizzo della piscina bisogna chiedere alla reception gli asciugamani e si può andare direttamente allo spogliatoio presente prima di poter usufruire della piscina. La colazione risulta essere varia, mi e apparso però che il personale non fosse formato adeguatamente a gestire alcuni imprevisti che si erano creati... Un consiglio al personale della colazione di mettere sempre le targhette dei nomi dei prodotti esposti. Comoda l'area posteggio. Nel complesso giudizio più che positivo

La struttura gode di una posizione magnifica, totalmente immersa tra le colline toscane, dove la pace e la tranquillità la fanno da padroni. Assegno 3 stelle perché l'hotel offre un'oasi di pace incredibile, immerso nel silenzio delle colline, e vanta uno staff eccezionale. Tutti molto professionali, in particolare la ragazza addetta alla colazione a cui va un plauso speciale per la disponibilità e l'impegno. Buona anche la piscina interna, mentre quella esterna era logicamente chiusa per via del periodo. Tuttavia, il soggiorno è stato penalizzato dalla gestione della camera. Su 3 notti, la pulizia vera e propria è stata effettuata una sola volta e solo dopo le nostre ripetute lamentele. Di norma il servizio si riduceva al rifacimento letto e cambio asciugamani, senza che venisse mai spazzato il pavimento o igienizzato il bagno. Inoltre, nessuno si è preoccupato di rifornire l'acqua, il tè o le tisane consumate il primo giorno. La stanza era decisamente spoglia, priva di frigobar e molto scomoda, dato che al posto del matrimoniale richiesto abbiamo trovato due lettini singoli uniti alla bell'e meglio semplicemente da un coprimaterasso, il che ha reso il riposo di una scomodità assurda. Peccato, perché basterebbe davvero un po' di attenzione in più per renderlo un soggiorno perfetto.

Grosses schönes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf die typisch toskanische Landschaft.Kleiner Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Ruhige Lage. Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage. Aktuell wird wohl einiges renoviert. Der Aussenpool ist entgegen sen Abgaben auf Hotel.com (ab 1.5.) noch nicht in Betrieb. Am renovierten Innenpool (23 Grad) gibt es keine Dusche . Der Wellnessbereich ist gesperrt. Frühstück einfacher Standard . Ingesamt aber aktuell gutes Preiskeistungsverhältnis. Wer nicht Wellness sucht findet hier eine gute Übernachtung in der Toskana. .
