The staff was excellent I all areas, check-in, restaurant, helpfulness, etc. Breakfast was very good. Quality Inn should be proud of their crew. Just minor things need a little maintenance, shower in our bath=we could not find a turn-on for the shower. Had to get back on the road so did not seek repair, just a quick mention at checkout, Had a nice sleep, I would stop here again.

Staff was excellent (Very Friendly, and helpful), property was ok, the location was good for us and what we needed. The rooms are nothing to write home about but were in good shape for a normal hotel and what you would expect. The staff for us made this stay very comfortable.

The staff was exremely welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to offer to bring in our lluggage, to open a door requiring our room card when our hands were full, show us where things were, and to warn us of a snow storm that might impact our travel the next day. The hotel is older so it's difficult for it to look really great but considering there were large groups of children with their families staying at the same time the staff did an awesome job. We had no problem with noise or rowdiness. They responded quickly and overall I was pleasantly surprised. I'd stay again.
