"This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. This apt comes with no hand soap ( I’ve stayed in hotels in Cambodia and Laos that provide hand soap), no dish soap, no sponge or dish towel to clean dishes ( kitchen did have one hand towel. Kitchen did have basic dishes and pans but if you rent here make such you bring all basic kitchen and bath items ( salt /pepper, paper towels, condiments, sponge, hand soap and shampoo because they provide no extras. You get one roll of toilet paper ( no extra found) so you may want to bring it. Also check out time was 9:30! You have to go downtown to a business to get keys. It does have parking. There is a laundry and market very close. "
