"DO NOT BOOK HERE. We booked 3 weeks out and when our of state guests arrived late at night were told the reservation had been cancelled. No call. No email. Nothing. The manager was rude and unapologetic. Never will book here again. It is a shame because it is a lovely property."

"The property was unkept. Large wooden flower containers were falling apart. The storage area was visible and messy. Old refrigerators and containers were stored under the stairs along with cardboard and open trash bins. The outside of the building was dirty. The room was unclean with stained carpet. There were hairs in the sink and a cockroach in the bathtub. The microwave was on a counter but no electrical outlet. View the pictures and sorry we could only show 8. It's amazing that this place is open for business."

"I booked this room through Expedia. The room I recieved, the door to get in as well as the bathroom doors were very hard to open. The bathroom door drug on the floor & really didn't shut. They told me they were booked & couldn't change my room. Night clerk wasn't friendly. The next day they found me a new room. As I booked online 8 weeks prior for that. Everything was great for our final 3 days staying here! Friendly staff, great breakfast!"

"The staff was very courteous and helpful. The sheets were clean and the beds very comfortable. However, the rooms were dirty. They had cobwebs and spiders along with the floor being dirty. We were in two different rooms , both were the same. In the first one the toilet didn’t have any water and wouldn’t flush. The vent in that room was so full of dust no air could come through. We were ask to change rooms. The second room wasn’t clean either. Very disappointed in the room and I don’t suggest anyone stay there."

"Clean but very outdated and not well maintained. Peeling wallpaper, torn seat cushions. The staff was great though, very welcoming and came to the rescue when the lock on my door broke and I couldn’t get in my room where my dogs were"

"Original room had an overpowering cleaning “perfume” smell. Smell was not tolerable. Also found 3 hairs on the sheets. Requested room change and additional set of sheets which clerk readily provided. On a positive note, the evening clerk provided his personal phone charger to keep my phone from dying."
