"There was nothing wrong with the staff, they were polite & helpful, the location was perfect for us as we went to Disney four days out of our trip. I was disappointed in the fact that one night we came back from Disney and outside our room smelled like weed as well as a heavy police presence near our building. The police were looking for someone and I had my son with me. That wasn’t fun explaining to him. Also, my room had an issue with the ac however maintenance came within about 15 mins and fixed it. Like I said, the staff were professional and polite. And also, I found two bugs in my room. I’m not sure what kind but I don’t like bugs. I used to stay here all the time as a child but I don’t think we will be back. "

"Other then never having our room cleaned, trash taken out, to or fresh towels this hotel is excellent. The pool is beautiful. I would stay here again "

"The room was not cleaned properly during our stay. After housekeeping came, the bed was not properly made — they simply added another sheet on top of the one we were already using instead of changing and making the bed correctly. We also had issues with the toilet from the beginning because it would not flush properly. On top of that, someone knocked on our door at 7:00 AM asking for maintenance without any prior call or notice from the front desk, which was very disruptive. I was informed there would be some type of compensation due to the toilet issue, but when I spoke with the manager on duty, I was only told that the only option available was changing rooms. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations."

"Typical airport stay, very noisy, uncomfortable and aged property. Really close to the airport though so worked for an early flight."

"The website is very misleading. It shows the building only and not the “motel” like rooms. They gave me a room that was far away from the main lobby giving it a sense of insecurity. The room was decent but not what I expected from a Hilton property. They charge a $40.00 daily parking fee which after looking around I couldn’t find anywhere in the website being mentioned. It only reads “self parking available”. Very costly.A very minor detail but I wasn't even offered the typical cookie (I know, something petty), but attention to detail is what Ive always like about these kinds of properties. I would not be staying there in a future and wont be recommending."
