Some of the receptionist English is not up to par otherwise they are helpful. Breakfast is sumptuous and many varieties. Excellent food."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel the last night of our trip because it was conveniently located to the airport and offered a shuttle. However, we probably will not stay here again. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We just felt that it was a little outdated for our personal preference. We did enjoy the late night food options in the lobby, especially after a long travel day."

"Ideal location in historic como, and paying extra for a view of lake Como was worth it! Included breakfast was very well done, vast choices for a good meal! Shower and water pressure were fantastic! The only comment is amenities were sparse (no pool, no hot tub, sad gym); not what you would expect at a beautiful hotel with restaurant, bar, and perfect location. Otherwise great stay!"

"Amazing hotel overlooking lake Como, really wish we could have stayed here longer! One of our all time favorites, from the room to the terrace restaurant view (great view, meh, overpriced food). And the rooftop pool and pool area/bar were spectacular. Service and cleanliness were top notch too This would definitely be on our consideration list if we are fortunate enough to find ourselves in Como again. Not cheap but worth it!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."
