"Great place. Very clean, secure, and plenty of space. Right next to a grocery store, and walking distance to the train station and other public transportation. Our only complaint is not about the apartment, but the area around the apartment. It was dirty and seemed a bit rough. However, I'm told most of Naples is this way, and this area is no different. Either way, the apartment itself is great."

"The property is close to the National Archeological Museum, an Italian jewel; however, the neighborhood is rundown - unlike Domus itself, which is kept very clean with an upbeat white glow throughout. Breakfast is in a small room served by the wife or the owner, both very amiable. "

"Great location, less than 20min walk from Napoli Centrale and set up in a way that makes you feel like you're a local who lives there! Breakfast was included at a café nearby that was amazing, not a full buffet but we're not big breakfast eaters so the coffee and croissant was perfect for us. Stayed with my husky and had the most wonderful time!"

"Location was great since it was central to a lot of the activities we did and its proximity to the train station. The room itself was good too, but the shower head in the shower would not stay up and had a weird odor. The neighborhood was also a bit trashy."

"This is an excellent hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed four nights and left the city for Sorrento. On the way back from Sorrento to Rome, we stopped at Naples for visiting Chapel of Sansevero. The hotel was very kind to offer us free luggage storage. We highly appreciate that.
Also the breakfast was great."
"I enjoyed my stay here. Its location is excellent. Easy walk to everything you would want from restaurants to gelato to shopping to historic sites. The property is very old so there is not an elevator available. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs (I would guess around 40). I did not mind climbing the stairs except with my heavy luggage the day I arrived! If you like old historic buildings this is the place for you."
"The shuttle to the airport does not exist. Additionally, i booked and paid for a double room and i got a single room that resembled a prison cell. I was told they made a mistake and were full. They refused to refund me. I would definitely not recommend this hotel"
"BnB Napoli was a good value, and it was really close to the train station. I was disappointed by a few things, though. There was no shampoo provided. There was only body wash. The hand soap dispenser was broken. The toilet was very hard to flush, and there was no refrigerator in our standard room. I need a refrigerator for my medication. We asked to be moved to a superior room for access to a fridge, but there were none available. The staff offered to store my medication in the reception desk fridge, which was very kind of them. It’s a nice enough place for a short stay."
"The room was very nice and had a great view of the city. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and we were able to keep our bags at the front desk for a couple of hours past checkout to explore the city. We absolutely loved the breakfast and the restaurant’s roof top view, and would highly recommend adding it to your stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient to access the train station, but it can feel a bit unsafe to walk around at night as it’s a high traffic, urban area. However, this did not deter us from exploring during the day as there are some yummy bakeries and cafes in the area."
"This hotel has a lot of bad reviews and frankly I don't get it. The staff was helpful and friendly, calling us a cab at 5 am for our early flight. The room had very nice amenities including a smart TV, a toiletry kit, mini fridge and free water bottles. We had massive windows that overlooked the main road which yes of course was noisy but that's to be expected at an hotel right next to an airport. Yes the walls were thing but we had no issues with falling asleep. Only downside is you really can't walk to the airport and we had to get food delivered as there isn't a restaurant but that was done within five mins of ordering. "
"Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room.
We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub.
Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top bar and restaurant was enjoyable and staff friendly. I would rate this a 3.5 but that wasn't available"
