"Palazzo Cannavina in Campobasso is truly one of the best places to stay when visiting the city and the stunning Molise region. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the service we received—everything was top-notch from beginning to end. The communication was excellent—quick, helpful responses from the moment we booked. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed with elegant linens, and filled with stunning artwork throughout the building that made every hallway feel like a gallery. One of the most impressive aspects was the daily housekeeping. Our bed was made each morning and the room tidied—a level of care and attention that seems lost in many American hotels, even at high-end resorts. It was refreshing to feel genuinely taken care of, rather than having to chase down basic customer service. (Yes, Disney—this one’s for you!) The atmosphere of Palazzo Cannavina was warm and welcoming. "Not truly located in the village of Gamberale. It is about 4 miles down the mountain side and is near the highway. The hotel itself isn't bad but has no surrounding amenities. May be good for a large family gathering. "

The features are basic but in very good condition and clean. Navigation should be during daylight and from Bomba and Zingaro. Pennadomo is a longer drive and road conditions variable. Warm in August but cools enough at night to sleep. "
