"Location easy few minutes walk from BUS station Amazing service and always helpful reception people. There was absolutely No problem to get the room we ask for with city view and away from elevator. Ready when we arrived – in room there even was a note (sorry it was only written in Spanish which we did NOT familiar with, but the thought was nice at least. After check-in we were show the “Green room” and was explaining the amazing system with too much FREE stuff like Wine and Beer from everyday 2pm to 6am next day. May I suggest some reduction of service here …. Why many pax cannot behave themselves when they got to much of … inside. 2 hours ex from 15-17 (3-5pm) should more than fine with the wine and beer for FREE. Same with the NICE food and soup FREE in the green room. A 5 star coffee machine for all kind of coffee (self service) was also FREE. Reception always 2-3 pax there with help for all kind of question I did have. ONE small complain – Iron board I was borrowed was really useless – just let you know. "

"Well appointed hotel with friendly staff. Included breakfast buffet had good choice of menu options, although some 'hot plate' dishes disappointed (not kept properly hot). Cooked to order eggs / omelettes was a good option however. Swimming pools were clean but quite small for any serious swimming."

Thus stay was a trip down memory lane before the hotel changes management company. "Spleased with our stay. The pool is lovely, but there's no place to lounge, which was a little disappointing. My room needed better window shades because the outside motion detector light in the hotel would go off every time someone walked to their room, which would wake me up. Overall, very happy with our short stay. "

"hard to reply to the question what did I not like! the place is perfect! isolated but close both to mahon and es castell, is big but makes you feel at home, is old, but with historical markers and a story behind it. it has a fantastic view on the sea it has a swimming pool a tennis court a very good international and typical spanish breakfast the staff is super kind what could we ask for more?"

"I visited in June and the property was fairly quiet and relaxed. The apartment was cleaned daily and the staff were really helpful with recommendations on places to visit. The area was close to the harbour and city centre which had lots of restaurant options and shops. I visited on my own and I felt really safe both in the property and the area itself. The only downside to the apartment was the smell from the fridge, but this wasn’t a major issue. Would recommend this property. "
