Un pò scomodo il check in da fare in altra struttura. Camera abbastanza nuova ma SENZA FINESTRA ( solo una piccola piccola in alto). Per noi che eravamo di passaggio per una sola notte, non è stato un grande disagio, ma se avessimo dovuto soggiornare una serrimana... Colazione con buona scelta e orodotti di qualità.

Wonderful stay in a very scenic seaside town

Accommodation was in centre of town. A downside was it 4 km from station which we had failed to realise and were forced to start the long walk with our cases when rather incredibly, a local village couple stopped their car and gave us a lift into town and found our accommodation!) The room had a great balcony overlooking the sea and was spacious. The couple who own the property and the receptionist were all very friendly and helpful. A 25 year old wine waiter at the local restaurant Silos Di Silaghi, Via Madrice 8, (on the very edge of the headland looking over the bay) spent most of his afternoon in very good English tutoring us about our favourite local wine Nero D’Avlo and the local Sililian craft beers (we tried all 7). Taxi to airport was affordable and convenient and a hire car to Corleone, all arranged by our wonderful receptionist.

Cómodo para llegar, aparcar, cenar, dormir e irte. B&B de paso para ir a otros sitios (cómodo para ir a la Riserva dello zingaro e guidaloca), y luego al aeropuerto. Personal prácticamente inexistente. Llegaron tarde al check-in y tuvimos que llamarles. Como tenían más personas llegando nos dieron las llaves deprisa y corriendo, sin dar ninguna información extra. Sólo donde hacer el desayuno.

L’appartamento è nuovo e carino, però non attrezzato come c’è scritto sul sito(ad esempio dice che ci sono asse e ferro da stiro invece non è vero). La pulizia della camera non è mai stata fatta anche se sul sito dice che viene effettuata giornalmente e il cambio asciugamani c’è stato una sola volta in dieci giorni. Andare in spiaggia con un bambino piccolo è abbastanza scomodo perché a piedi non la puoi raggiungere, devi andare in stazione dei pullman e fare 10 minuti di camminata su marciapiedi a dir poco indecenti per chi usa passeggini.

Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B "A MARE", a castellammare del golfo, da 30/8 al 10!9/2019. Nella stanza "Scala dei turchi". Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Stanza bella, grande, pulitissima. Colazione abbondante e varia. Torte fatte in casa. Tutto il personale e i proprietari gentilissimi, disponibilissimi. Veramente persone meravigliose. B&B da consigliare.

Ottimo appartamento a due passi dal centro, vicino c’era anche una lavanderia self service che ci è stata utilissima. Super host, ci ha dato tantissime info su dice mangiare e cosa fare durante il giorno. Aggiungo solo che Castellamare è fantastica!

Viel zu späte Reaktion auf die von uns angekündigte Checkin-Zeit (geantwortet wurde erst am späten vomittag am Tag unserer Anreise), war bei der Anreise nicht vor Ort, und brauchte ca. 40 Minuten nach Telefonoat, um zu erscheinen. Frühstück war vor Ort nicht verfügbar und musste ausserhalb gesucht werden. Zimmer ist ansonsten Ok, grosse Schränke, etwas hellhörig und alle Wasserleitungen sind ungewöhnlich laut.

B&B appena fuori dal centro e quindi molto comodo per arrivare in auto e per parcheggio. Il centro è a 10 minuti a piedi. Ottima la colazione!
