"Clean and tidy. Really helpful on reception and polite. The only thing i would say is it needs to be made clearly at the time of booking regarding charge for sheets and towels. Got email after booking regarding this. Was comfortable stay and quiet"

"Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt hier sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal war unhöflich und nicht einladend und antwortete auch nicht auf unsere Nachrichten. Das Zimmer war ok, aber nicht besonders sauber und nachts wurde lange Zeit laute Musik gespielt, während wir versuchten, unsere Kinder zum Schlafen ..."

"No free internet, bad stains on mattresses and sofa bed, paid double what I did last year, standards have dropped under this new management and I will not be going back, staff are just not interested even after I complained about internet access, best avoided I would say"
